Managing over 150 daily orders through dynamic, fast-moving WhatsApp chats, telephone calls, and multiple offline Google Sheets was chaotic and inefficient.

Orders were text-messaged in varying formats to dispatch desks. The desk operator manually verified factory warehouse stock, compiled shipping details, and printed loading slips for ground staff. Invoices were manually typed out later in the day.
We designed a lightweight cloud order portal that syncs orders directly to the warehouse with real-time inventory tracking and automated dispatch workflows. Features include one-click dispatch slots, automated WhatsApp receipts, and gate barcode checks.
