Atharva Enterprises: cement trading order management

The Challenge

Atharva Enterprises, a major cement trader in the Solapur district, managed over 150 customer orders daily. Receiving orders, updating stock sheets, coordinating driver dispatches, and processing invoices were all handled manually across multiple chaotic WhatsApp chat groups and shared Excel files.

Important messages were regularly buried, leading to double-booked dispatch times, wrong material loading at the warehouse, and hours of phone calls back and forth to rectify order histories.

The Solution

We designed and built a lightweight, cloud-based Order Management Platform tailored specifically to how their dispatch managers and loaders work.

• Centralized Dashboard: Dispatch managers view incoming orders, check available truck slots, and approve shipments with one click.
• Auto WhatsApp Integration: The system automatically sends order confirmations, truck plate details, and digital bills to customers on WhatsApp immediately after approval.
• Warehouse Portal: Warehouse operators view an optimized loading list on a tablet, preventing incorrect loading counts.

The Outcome

Within two weeks of launch, Atharva Enterprises retired their messy order sheets. Order errors fell to zero, and dispatch logistics became twice as fast. They saved 15 hours of phone coordination time weekly, allowing them to expand operations to adjacent municipalities.
